Gluten Free Steils

We are a 100% Gluten Free Food trailer. We do not serve any Wheat and Gluten in our trailer. As far as we know we are the only ones who do this. We vary our menu based on the market. We do breakfast, lunch, and dinner items depending on the times of the market. We have signature items we are known for, which people just come to us for. These are GF crab Rangoon, Moz Sticks, tenderloins, and thick onion rings.
