Flutter butter bakery crafts gourmet gluten-free items such as brown butter chocolate chip cookies, cinnamon rolls, babka, among other seasonal items like pumpkin loaf, lemon zest and pistachio shortbread. Having popped up at a couple markets in 2024, weeks have been so excited to be so well received and can’t wait to serve the Brooklyn and Manhattan areas more this year.
