Brown Bottle Farm is a women owned gourmet mushroom farm based in Mulino, Oregon. We specialize in indoor and outdoor mushroom cultivation for year-round production. You can expect to see over 15 different varieties of gourmet mushrooms throughout the year based on seasonality. Recipe information, education, and all things mushrooms can be found on our website.
We believe in the resilience of community agriculture- We team up with other small farmers, specifically produce farms, to consign our mushrooms at their farm stands. This makes them stand out in the crowd, and it grows a mutually beneficial customer base. In 2026 we will be working with Olde Moon Farm and Sunlove Farm for cooperative agriculture at their booths,
Anna Wilson
Anna Wilson(she/her) has been cultivating gourmet mushrooms for over a decade. Brown Bottle Farm began as a produce farm in 2016 and has recently evolved into a full-time mushroom farm as of 2024. Companion farming produce and mushrooms began back in 2014, but the decision to cultivate fungi full time came from a passion and understanding that mushrooms are a major food group and can positively impact her community. She is passionate about educating people on the health and nutritional benefits of mushrooms, how to use them as food and home remedies, and why they are so important for the planet.
Anna is a 5th generation land steward with a deep connection to nature and place. Her homestead in Mulino, Oregon is nestled into forested areas lush with fungi, wild plants, and animals. Brown Bottle Farm believes in creating wild areas for nature to just nature and because of that Anna has a strict no chemicals, synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides, ever, on anything grown on or brought to the farm.
