David Azoulay
Born and raised in Nice, FRANCE, to a family with a deep appreciation for Pastry. Growing up, he was surrounded by the smells of freshly baked goods, with his mother.
After completing his secondary education, David enrolled at Centre de Formation d' Apprentis in Carros, France. There, he refined his technique, learning both the fundamentals of French pastry and the art of Baking.
David started his career at the renowned patisserie 'Atelier Bour' in Cagnes Sur Mer, when he worked as an apprentice for several years. He accumulated several experiences oversee, started in 2010 in Gold Coast AUSTRALIA.
His most honorables experience was in Osaka, JAPAN, his attention to detail and dedication to quality made him a standout member of his team.
After moving to CANADA in 2015, he worked in Montreal for the Bakery 'Mamie Clafoutis' for 3 years, then moved to Vancouver and decided to open his own bakery in 2024
