We are Don Arepas Cafe prepare our food at our Racine certified commercial kitchen located at 1501 Washington Ave, Racine, WI 53403.
Arepas are very popular in Venezuela. They are made out of corn. For centuries Corn has been daily ancient bread of the people of the Americas. Our Venezuelan Arepas are handmade from corn flour, we just add water and salt to it, make the dough and shape them as flat round patties. Our arepas are grilled and then open as pocket sandwiches to be filled with meats, cheeses, vegetables and dressed with a sauce made of avocado and garlic base, cilantro and lemon.
We pack the arepas and refrigerate them ready for the market.
