Glow in the dark balloon dog

What fun! Who doesn't need a little bitty glow in the dark balloon doggie? These little mini balloon dogs are handcast out of resin with a special mineral based glow in the dark feature. Any UV light will "charge" them up (like a blacklight flashlight or the sun), and once charged they keep glowing for several hours. You can charge them up as many times as you want and you will always get a delightfully fun glow of color!
