Cezerye

Cezerye is a traditional sweet made from caramelized carrots, shredded coconut, and roasted walnuts, hazelnuts, or pistachios. There are variations, which replaces the carrot with fig or date purée. Nonetheless the name stays same, because word "cezer," which means "carrot" in Arabic. We want to offer Cezerye with natural and organic ingredients.
