Description
Most of the tea produced in Turkey is from the south eastern Black Sea coast, which has a mild climate with high precipitation and fertile soil. Turkish tea is typically prepared using two stacked kettles called "çaydanlık" specially designed for tea preparation. The upper kettle is prepared with the condensed tea and the lower kettle is filled with water to defuse the tea.
