Elif has a life-long commitment and interest in healthy living and lifestyle. Her ultimate background are private businesses and project management. Thru some lucky circumstances she got introduced into Public Health with focus in community outreach, nutrition and physical activity. She also brings experience as a vendor from the Brownswille Farmers market. Elif loves to travel and explore culinary experiences.
Elina loves creative industries and has worked in advertising and marketing fields. She sees cooking as form of an expression as well as essential part of caring for others, self and planet. This passion is driving her to cook healthy, try out oriental recipes, twist them towards healthier versions and experiment in the kitchen. She also has some experience in a commercial kitchen.
Use Only Organic Materials Non Gmo
We use pulp from organic juicers to reduce waste and reuse products for our baked goods. We want to use ingredients from whole foods and less processed and refined flours (except exotic flour) with natural sweeteners. We use authentic recipes and modify the recipes in a healthy way. As our business approaches our idea is to source some of the ingredients, for our confections and baked goods, locally directly from the farmers market vendors.
