Catawba Mushroom Partners

We are a gourmet mushroom farm located in Catawba County, NC. Our farm operates year round in an indoor facility where we cultivate a wide variety of mushrooms. Our year round mushroom varieties include: Lion's Mane, Pioppino, Golden Oyster, Blue Oyster, Chestnut, Black Pearl, Reishi, and Enoki. As the seasons change so do some of our mushrooms, the warmer months bring Beech and Pink and Italian Oysters, while the winter months allow us to grow King Trumpets and Snow Oysters. We are always trying new things and having fun with mushroom cultivation, and love to bring in weird and unique varieties for people to try!
