I've always been an artist and after years of storefronts, art camps and mobile arts with camps/schools/daycares/etc., I've settled into a magical fairy theme of various items that sell on internet and at markets. I have just started to get into local galleries, but love being in front of customers, young and old, at local markets. Gnomes, Unicorns and other creatures are part of my vibe. I always have Monarch Butterflies around and will always encourage others to plant Milkweed and provide nectar/host plants for our local butterflies. You will often find Monarchs in my booth!
Production Practices
With no prejudice, I flow between high and low fire clay and lean towards slabbing and free sculpting for most of my items. I have a small slabber so each piece is made by hand. Other mediums used are glass fusion, cement, mosaics with hand created tesserae, small bottles, and pretty much anything that applies to the world of Fae and magic.
