Original Flan

Our flan is very smooth, semi firm with a light cream color and very creamy texture. The flan is currently baked in a 3 inch diameter foil container that is two inches tall. When the flan is flipped over out of the container there will be melted sugar (caramel) that will drizzle down over top of flan. After placing the flan in your mouth you will experience a rush of endorphins that will cause you to smile. The taste your pallet will absorb may take you back in time to a childhood moment surrounded by family, love and true pleasure.
