I am a clinical Herbalist , over 20 years! I have been making herbal remedies and syrups and vinegars in the community along side my mom (Herbalist ) for over 20 years now!
Some of the items I make are fire cider , called Dragon Fire, Elderberry Syrup, teas and more!
I started working out of the city seed commercial kitchen , but had to move to a kitchen in Westport to get my wholesale license through DCP. I miss the small new haven kitchen but happy to have a wholesale license to sell at small farms and naturopathic offices, Wellness studios and more!

I love getting out into the community and would rather stay at farmers markets where I can connect with people and know what their needs and wants are from me, rather than having my product sitting on a wholefoods shelf. I work with several farms all over CT to help me grow most of the ingredients in my products..... I work a lot with ingredients from George Hall Farm, Fort Hill Farm, Riverbank Farm, two guys from Woodbridge, gilberties herb farm, sport hill farm , swords into plowshares honey, and more!
