About
We are a small family dairy farm that pasteurises and bottles our own milk from our grass and forage fed cows. We also offer chocolate milk and Eggnog seasonally.
Production Practices
Our milk is Vat pasteurized which is a low temp, slow time process. This leaves the milk with many of the natural enzymes giving it a full and delicious flavor. Our milk is bottled three times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday so that we can offer a truly fresh and local product to our community.
