We make Cantonese Herbal Soups, teas and porridges. These recipes are found on practically every street corner and in every home kitchen across Hong Kong. They are sipping broths made with Oregon pasture raised bone stock, local produce and high quality Chinese inredients. Each one has functional properties according to traditional chinese medicine, but are safe and supportive for the wider population. We are currently sold direct to consumer and in World Foods.
We make all of our soups in a certified gluten free production kitchen (the same kitchen Hot Mama Salsa works out of). We use tilt skillets to make large batch broths and flash freeze our products for ultimate safety and convenience.
