Birria Spice Kit

Birria Spice Kit! The hardest part about making Birria Tacos or Birria Consommé is getting all the chilis and spices right! We have done all the work for you. Each packet of Birria Chili Spice Mix will make 1 to 10 lbs of meat which can then be frozen and used when needed.

Will need: DLV Birria Chili Spice Kit and up to 10 lbs of Chuck Roast or Goat Meat (traditional). vinegar, tomato sauce, and water.

For Tacos: DLV Corn or Flour Tortillas, Oaxaca Cheese or shredded cheese of choice.

Garnish: White onion, cilantro, lime, salt
