Heirloom Corn Tortillas

Non-GMO Heirloom Corn Tortillas made with corned sourced from Oaxaca, Mexico. We have 2 corn tortilla options: pure white corn tortillas and mixed colored blue, red and white corn tortillas.

Smells and taste like corn as it should be and considered a superfood. Will stay fresh for 14 days from date on package or from thaw date. Freezes very well for 6 months.

TO PREPARE: PREHEAT COMAL OR GRIDDLE ON MED HIGH- SPRITZ EACH SIDE OF THE TORTILLA WITH WATER, PLACE ON HOT COMAL/GRIDDLE AND HEAT THROUGH. PLACE IN TORTILLA WARMER TO STEAM AND SOFTEN.
IF COOKING FROM FROZEN OR THAWED OUR RECOMMENDATION IS THE SAME: RUB EACH SIDE OF THE TORTILLA WITH A SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER AND PLACE ON A COMAL OR NONSTICK PAN THAT HAS BEEN SET TO MEDIUM HEAT PRIOR. WARM EACH SIDE THROUGH AND THEN ALLOW TO STEAM IN A TORTILLA WARMER.
NO WHEAT ADDED HOWEVER MADE IN FACILITY THAT PROCESSES WHEAT FLOUR.
