Cascade Hops

Cascade Hops, a widely-used hop variety in the brewing industry lending a grapefruit/citrus aroma and flavour profile. Our hops are naturally grown without chemical pesticides or fertilizers in our outdoor, raised Winecap Mushroom beds. As well as acting as a preservative and vital flavouring ingredient in beer, hops are also an excellent sleep-aid when used in a nighttime tea. They belong to the same family of plants as cannabis, producing similar resinaceous flower cones, but with a much milder, sleep-inducing, narcotic effect.
