Hoku kitchen

Aloha, my name is Yuting, and I am owner of Hoku Kitchen. Hoku Kitchen is a new local food vendor specializing in selling handmade food. Pan-fried bun is Chinese cuisine that is crispy on the bottom while soft and steamed on the top. Once the buns are golden and cripyy on the bottom, remove from the pan. Serve hot with a dipping sauce of soy sauce, vinegar, and chili oil.
