We raise heritage breed pork: 1) Berkshire and Berkshire x Duroc meat hogs. Both top tier red meat hogs. 2) Focus on quality, registered Berkshire breed stock. We pride ourselves in the clean environment we raise and maintain our hogs in, the time we spend handling them, and the diets that really make their marbled meat so beautiful and nutritious. We believe in heritage breeds, (our favorite Berkshire), their quality, beauty, and the value they add to our diet.
