Aunt Susie’s Granola

My name is Erica and my Aunt Susie taught me to make the most amazing granola. She spent a lot of time developing her recipe and it’s as much about the technique as it is about the ingredients. I shared some granola with friends and soon they were paying me to make them more. A short time later we launched Aunt Susie’s Granola. My aunt and I come from a long line of bakers. I took her Original recipe and started developing other flavors. We are currently up to 18 blends that we rotate in and out with some being only seasonal.
