We are three partners: one with family roots in Chincoteague going back to the 1600s, one a linguist and chef, and one a marine biologist. Today, we continue the storied Chincoteague tradition of working the water, as farmers. Through eye-opening experiences and unique backgrounds we've found inspiration and a reason to share and celebrate the land, waters, and communities that all great food comes from.
