Founded by a Johns Hopkins physician who believes in the power of nutritious food, we bake fresh every day at our one and only location in Frederick, MD. We use only natural ingredients in everything we make, from our best-selling multigrain sandwich bread (currently Amazon's #1 multigrain bread nationwide!) to our ever-expanding variety of muffins, tea cakes, sweets, and sourdough loaves.
