Wi Not Me, Inc is a new non-profit girl empowerment organization in Richmond, Virginia. We strive to teach beyond the average classroom because life skills are important. We are organized to equip adolescent girls of color affected by socioeconomic and psychosocial stressors by teaching important life skills like health, financial stability, education attainment, technology and community involvement.

Matoaka Berry, MBA is the President and Executive Director. Born and raised in Richmond, Virginia Matoaka attended elementary, middle and high school in the Richmond City Public School System and participated in various community programs throughout the city. She obtained her Associate's degree from J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College and her Bachelor's and Executive Masters of Business Administration degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Matoaka wants to use her knowledge and exposure that she gained throughout her career and education to help more girls have the same or better opportunities that she was offered.
