My husband Jim & I have been coming to the Moscow Farmers Market since 1990. When we first started we had just 4 kinds of muffins and 4 kinds of cookies to sell. In the years since I've added a variety of homemade goodies to our selection including caramel rolls, scones, brownies, shortbread, poppy seed cake, coffee cakes and quick breads.
More recently, I've added gluten free choices such as, pumpkin bread, chocolate zucchini muffins, monster cookies, jam bars & chocolate crinkles to my menu.
I make a large variety of homemade jams & jellies from locally-sourced fruits and berries. Some of my best sellers include huckleberry, raspberry jalapeno, peach jalapeno & autumn peach as well as many other varieties.
I also have chili & soup mixes made with peas & lentils grown right here on the Palouse.
When I have time, I sew adult & childrens aprons & potholders to bring to the market to sell.
