South Louisiana native with a passion for great tasting fresh food. I grew up in the kitchen of my grandmother who ran Bed and Breakfasts across the state. Her passion for cooking and serving others soaked into me with every bite she gave me. Even though Cajun creole cuisine isn't considered the healthiest the flavors are mouth watering. With this understanding and pallet that I was able to develop it helped me understand ways to create healthy options packed with flavors. Creating Poke Fish allowed me to utilize all I have learned and put it in a fun creative atmosphere that everyone could enjoy.
