What we sell in the Markets is a European Style, Artisan, Cream Cheesecake in individual portions (6 OZ) and sample size (0.9 OZ). They are all handmade from scratch in our own kitchen in Lakeland from all natural, highest quality ingredients. We bring our cream cheesecakes to events in prepacked plastic cups with a lid and hold them cold with dry ice. Our cream cheesecake is totally unique, both in the texture and flavor. This is a much lighter version of the heavy and dense typical New York Style cheesecake and it's being made following a French technique for mouse cakes. It is cold set rather than baked which helps all the flavors keep fresh and delicious. We use our own baked butter cookie as a crust, the cream cheese filling is made from Philadelphia cream cheese, whipped cream and all natural flavors and everything is topped with a homemade jam which we use fresh fruits to produce ourselves or with the finest Belgian chocolate topping.
