Tristen Inocencio – CFO & Managing Partner
Tristen is currently pursuing a degree in Financial Management at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). As the CFO and Managing Partner of Mama Vicky’s Lumpia and Filipino Cuisine, he is passionate about turning his mother’s vision into reality while honoring the legacy of his grandmother, Mama Vicky. The food truck is named in her memory—she had a deep love for sharing food with everyone, and her spirit lives on through every dish served.

With a professional background in the medical field, Tiffanie has always found joy and comfort in cooking for others. Inspired by her mother’s love for food and tradition, she grew up watching her prepare pansit, BBQ, and homemade Filipino desserts for large family gatherings. That passion carried into her own kitchen and life. Now, alongside her son Tristen, she’s bringing her unique take on Filipino cuisine to the community through Mama Vicky’s Lumpia and Filipino Cuisine. Named in honor of her mother, the food truck is a heartfelt tribute to family, culture, and the joy of sharing meals with others.
