Neapolitan Wood Fired Pizza

All of our ingredients are local, organic, non-gmo or imported Italian. Our dough is made using only Caputo "00" flour, filtered water, fresh yeast and Sicilian sea salt. Our fior di latte mozzarella is made fresh in house daily and we use only authentic San Marzano tomatoes in our sauce. We offer some interesting, mouth watering specialty pizzas as well the tried and true originals. We also serve panouzzo sandwiches, which are Italian sandwiches made on hot out of the oven pizza dough bread!
