Corvo Bianco Neapolitan Wood Fired Pizza offers the best quality local, organic, non-gmo and imported Italian ingredients and prepares them in a manner that gives customers a truly intoxicating eating experience. All of our dough is made in house, with Caputo "00" flour, filtered water, fresh yeast and Sicilian sea salt only. Our fior di latte mozzarella is made fresh in-house daily and we use only authentic San Marzano tomatoes in our sauce. Our pizza is known for it's light airy crust and easy digestibility and is cooked in an 800º plus wood fired oven in 2 minutes or less. Our owners, Executive Chef Dena Leigh and Pizzaiolo Joshua Leigh have 20 plus years in the food service industry and both have pizza and Italian food running through their veins.

Dena and Josh Leigh started Corvo Bianco Neapolitan Pizza & Wood Fired Cookery because they wanted the opportunity to do what they love most- be together and cook great food for people. They have both been in the food service industry for 20 plus years and got their start in pizza!
