Our names are Jon & Olivia, the owners of The Pastry Pair. We are a small pastry, bread, and artisan chocolate bakery in Scarborough, Maine. We practice out of our home licensed kitchen and provide our customers high quality community focused product. We use local whenever and wherever we can and especially promote local farmers with the produce and goods used in our pastries. We intend to sell Hand crafted artisanal croissants, sweet flavored/filled croissants, savory flavored/filled croissants, seasonal croissants, brioche, brioche cinnamon buns, brioche sandwich/burger buns, brioche donuts, brioche fritters, sourdough fougasse, seasonal fougasse, sourdough breads, sourdough crackers, sourdough starter, assorted cookies, assorted gluten free cookies, granola, trail mix, chocolate bonbons, chocolate bark, panned (chocolate covered) fruits and nuts, caramels, chocolate confections & novelty items, seasonal chocolate confections.
