Our cooked offerings include our Wild Sockeye Sammie, which some say "are the best they've ever had," our grilled salmon with seasonal grilled veg and other seasonal recipes. All of our fish it's orca-safe, meaning our human salmon-harvest in Bristol Bay is not in competition with any killer whale pods depending on salmon for their survival.
