We hand make chocolate bars, chocolate truffles, caramels, and other confections, using ethically produced chocolate from Central and South America and organic cream. We are driven to source as much of our flavor ingredients locally as possible. We grow herbs and flowers, get ingredients from many local farms and orchards, and we forage for wintergreen and shagbark hickory in New Hampshire and Maine. We have partnered with many local farms (Two Toad Farm, Wild Fern Farm, Shagbark Farm to name a few) for herbs, fruits, and veggies. Our berries, cherries, peaches, and ciders are from Butternut Farm and Apple Annie’s.
At a market, we will always have our staples of salt caramels, as well as our dark classic truffles and single country flavored chocolate bars. We also sell pick-your-own boxes (and pre-made boxes) of truffles and bonbons that will change with the weather, the harvest, and the holidays.
