The business emerged from years of delighting friends and family with homemade Caribbean dishes and baked goods. My late brother, a proficient chef and baker trained in Barbados, generously shared his culinary secrets and left me with a treasure trove of recipes. Motivated by unwavering encouragement from loved ones and friends, we have now officially launched this venture. I am committed to ensuring that everyone, irrespective of dietary needs, can savor the same variety of treats that others enjoy without restrictions. Consequently, I provide gluten-free and diabetic-friendly options across all my product categories. Vegan options are also on the horizon, as I am currently exploring diverse ingredients to enhance recipes in this growing category.
