1818 Farm and Cidery is an organic Market Garden and Cidery located in Carp, Ontario. Wes Hunter is the cider maker and he is excited to provide an experience that elevates desire for dry cider in the Ottawa region. With a background in wine production, he aims to express the varietal characteristics of the land and in turn, produce ciders that are a celebration of both the fruit and our farmland. Everything is aged in wine and bourbon barrels and blended to create a unique dry cider unlike anything on the market here in Ottawa.
