Hi! 👋🏼 I'm Katie! This is my Sourdough Micro-Bakery proudly baking organic, gut healthy treats. I use two starters, one that is over 220 years old originating in a San Francisco Bakery circa 1800 and the other is over 100 years old, passed down through families over multiple generations. Each having a distinct flavor!

All of my breads are made with Organic Unbleached and Unenriched Flour, Filtered Water, and Natural Sea Salt the best ingredient I add to all of my creations however, is Love ❤️.
