First Street Flats

We are opening a new apartment complex right behind the fire station downtown. We are really excited about this building because it will be the first in Arkansas that is fully powered by solar panels and produces more energy than it consumes! (net zero/carbon negative). We want to get the word out, offer free merch and give people the opportunity to tour our facilities! This is a one of a kind building and will have a big impact downtown with 150+ more people living walking distance from the square. I hope this type of vendor would be allowed because we are really excited to be a part of the downtown rogers community!
