Sweetness: Semi-sweet
Aroma & Flavor: Saffron grown by Golden Tradition Saffron in North Plains, OR gives this cider its warm color and a gentle bittersweet earthiness, balanced with the rounded flavors of anise and fennel, finishing on a light lingering licorice note.
Apple Varieties: Fermented on the farm with a select blend of Certified Organic Washington apples, such as Granny Smith, Pink Lady, Braeburn and Gala.
Honey Meadow - Produced in early April
Sweetness: Semi-sweet
Aroma & Flavor: This floral, earthy nectar sips like a fine, fermented spring tonic. Distinct floral notes with wandering hints of greenery. Light and crisp, herbal body with notes of artichoke and earth, and finishing with honeyed out-breath and a cream soda sprig of chamomile.

Lavender Black Currant - Produced in June

Aroma & Flavor: Bright apple fruit balanced by berry complexity and the rich, floral depth of local, organic Royal Velvet lavender. Notes of purple and chocolate.
