Olive Tree Baking Co. is an in-home micro-bakery located in Hudson, FL specializing in organic artisan sourdough. My name is Christina, and I am so excited to present you with my bread. I have been baking sourdough for friends and family for several years and am happy now to share it with the public. I am an associate pastor's wife, homeschool mom, pediatric nurse, and most importantly, saved by grace! Welcome to my micro-bakery!
