Description: Hi! I am a NYS registered home baker who makes gluten free/dairy free/refined sugar free baked goods based primarily on almond flour. We make modern classics that use real ingredients without fillers, additives or food coloring and are paleo friendly. We use extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil in place of butter, and dates or real maple syrup in place of other sweeteners. All items are baked my me and I strive to use organic, and locally produced when possible. I work at various farmers markets and source as many ingredients as possible from fellow vendors- our menu is seasonally driven and focused based on what we find each week in season!
