Hi! I am a NYS registered home baker who makes Gluten Free/Dairy Free/Refined Sugar free baked goods based primarily on almond flour. We make modern classics that use real ingredients without fillers, additives or food coloring. I started this business because I could not find homemade quality desserts with all natural ingredients that were not overly sweet. We have 10 core ingredients including: Almond Flour, Cacao, Coconut oil, Real Vanilla, Lemons, Cashews, Dates, Maple Syrup, Pasture raised Organic Eggs, and Himalayan Pink Salt. Fun Fact: We make our own vanilla extract in tequila so everything is completely grain free! We use extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil in place of butter, and dates or real maple syrup in place of other sweeteners. I strive to use organic, and locally produced when possible. I work at farmers markets in the NYC/Long Island/Westchester regions and source as many ingredients as possible from fellow vendors and local producers- our menu is seasonally driven and focused on what we find each week in season!
