Production Practices

We use locally sourced Red Alder and Cottonwood sawdust, supplemented with various cereal grains to make a substrate that we steam sterilize then inoculated with mushroom culture. After incubating we grow out the mushroom fruit bodies and harvest fresh mushrooms each week.
