Baked After Dark

Baked After Dark is a mother daughter trio with a cookie dream! Established in 2018 at the Omaha Farmer's Market, we grew into a brick and mortar in the Benson area, staying for almost six years. We are the original late night sweet shop in Omaha. We specialize in gourmet, scratch baked cookies, brownies, and half pound cinnamon rolls. Since closing our storefront, we have shifted to operating as a pop up bakery as well as stocking a few retailers in the metro. We work out of a commercial kitchen in La Vista, holding retail and wholesale licensing. We were awarded Best Chocolate Chip Cookie in Nebraska by Tasting Table, Best of Omaha 2023 and 2024, and Best Bakery 2022 by Reader's Choice.
