Bagel Day

Original creators of the Baogel series: Bolo Baogel (菠蘿包果), Cocktail Baogel (雞尾包果), and Pork Floss Baogel (肉鬆包果).

Founded in June 2024, Bagel Day was established by two lifelong friends who first met in preschool and bonded over a shared love for baking. Their vision for Bagel Day was inspired by the desire to combine a classic North American staple—the bagel—with Asian flavors, evoking a sense of nostalgia and comfort for their customers.

Different from the usual North American bagels, the bagels are crispy on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside. Each bagel hand rolled and freshly baked in the mornings!
