As two middle-aged women, we found ourselves battling health issues such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, pre-diabetes, and excess weight. And so 4 years ago we began a journey together of searching for the best foods to manage these diseases. We were dismayed to find that the vast majority of readily available foods are highly processed, loaded with refined sugars and flours, genetically modified, and very unhealthy. The American food chain actually causes these diseases!
And so Unprocessed was born out of tons of research and testing on utilizing whole foods, cleaner food options, Non-GMO products, and unprocessed ingredients. We are pleased to offer you the snacks and breakfast foods that we have developed through this journey!
