Bialy

Once heard described as the cousin to the bagel, or bagel-adjacent, the bialy isn't boiled before baked, but still has an amazing chew to accompany a light fluffy texture. The classic is then filled with a caramelized onion/poppyseed mixture that is incredible by itself, or world-changing if combined with one of our tasty spreads. Also available as a pizza bialy!
