Snapper Creek Jerky Company is a cottage food business centered in Midtown Nashville. Phil Cornell and his wife Marion Delaney love jerky, and wanted to make their own. Spending much of COVID hiking outside, they couldn't find any high protein vegan jerky, time after time. They love to cook cuisines around the world so they would use a collection of their favorite flavors no matter the continent. Using marinades and flavors from their favorite recipes (Sierra Leone Pepper Soup, White Pepper Furikake, Lak Sa) and also just undeniably great flavors (Sweet and Hot, Smokehouse Maple) Phil and Marion make vegan jerky right here in Midtown Nashville.
