YSS Rooftop Gardens

YSS Rooftop Gardens is a workforce development program supporting at-risk emerging adults. The six month program provides a paid opportunity for young adults to develop and strengthen life skills and employment skills through a combination of class-based learning and through working in our six on-site hydroponic Freight Farms. Romaine Lettuce grown by the program participants is then sold through a variety of channels and directly supports programming.
