We are a women-owned small farm that grows heirloom hard-neck garlic and unique berries to create value-added products. Recently, we received notice that we passed our organic inspection. Currently, our garlic products are Dehydrated Diced Garlic Blend in a jar w/ a grinder top and in refill bag, Dehydrated Sliced Garlic in a jar for each of the 6 different varieties grown on the farm, TRIO blend of garlic, Him. salt & tellicherry peppercorn in a jar w/ a grinder top & refill bags, roasted garlic butter w/ thyme, garlic scape pesto, garlic scape butter, black garlic puree, black garlic butter, black garlic ice cream, black garlic bulbs & smoked black garlic cream cheese. Currently, our berries consist of raw gooseberry, raw red currants, raw elderberry & elderberry flower, frozen vacuum packed elderberry, raw aronia berries & frozen vacuum packed aronia. We hope to create more products with these unique berries like jams & dehydrated berries. We are waiting for our plum trees and haskap berry bushes to mature. We do plan to plant paw-paw trees and kiwi berries in the near future. We grow garlic, unique berries/fruits, herbs, & limited vegetables on the farm and process our products in a small bank barn that has been converted into a licensed commercial kitchen on the farm.
