I've recently been on WTEN news and Spectrum news within the last 6 months. I recently was named one of the best places to buy donuts in The Hudson Valley Magazine! I have Farmer's Market experience being a part of The Crossings Farmer's Market in Colonie and The Jay St Marketplace in Schenectady over the past two years. My name is Brian Fitzgerald owner and baker of Sweet Bacon Therapy! I've been a bacon lover my whole life who also loves baked goods. In May of 2018 I debuted my business at The Crossings Farmer's Market in Colonie. Within six months I have a shared storefront inside The Healing Meals on Everett Road in Albany. I've been on the news twice and mentioned in The Hudson Valley Magazine. I recently was contacted by The Great American Baking Show to be a contestant. My products are unique and delicious.
