Four Wall Farm

We are a woman-owned and family-operated indoor mushroom farm in Chester, NY. We cultivate artisanal quality mushrooms, hoping for them to be an inspirational ingredient, and perhaps the center of a meal. We also develop recipes, which we distribute for free, and The Mushroom Farmer's Cookbook is our first recipe compilation. We want our customers to enjoy a delicious food adventure! We think of mushrooms as an amazing superfood, and we have also developed several food products so that people can enjoy in sometimes unexpected ways. Our 3 signature lion's mane based teas offer a variety of flavor profiles, and people are often surprised to find that it is the mushroom that makes the tea sweet! We also have our 2 mushroom risottos, Instant Umami powder, and Sea Lion Superfood Smoothies.
